Jolly LLB 3 is a 2025 Indian Hindi-language legal comedy drama film written and directed by Subhash Kapoor. As the third installment in the popular Jolly LLB series, it follows the legacy of its predecessors, bringing together both Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi as rival lawyers, alongside Saurabh Shukla, Amrita Rao, and Huma Qureshi reprising their roles.

The film centers on a gripping courtroom battle between two "Jollys"—Jagdish Tyagi and Jagdishwar Mishra. The story kicks off with the tragic suicide of Rajaram Solanki, a poor farmer who loses his land to corrupt officials and a powerful builder, Haribhai Khaitan, pushing a high-profile project called "Bikaner to Boston." Tyagi, known for fighting for the underdog, faces off against Mishra, who initially supports the builder for financial gain. As the case unfolds, Mishra discovers the depth of the injustice, including false witnesses and collusion by local authorities, prompting him to switch sides. The two lawyers, after initial rivalry, unite to expose Khaitan’s fraud, ultimately delivering justice for the farmer’s family and standing up for what is morally right.

The film was announced in February 2017 after the success of Jolly LLB 2, but faced delays due to scripting. Principal photography began on 2 May 2024 in Rajasthan (primarily Ajmer), followed by shoots in Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh, wrapping up on 2 July 2024. Amrita Rao’s return marks her comeback to films after six years.

The teaser, released on 12 August 2025, showcased the much-anticipated courtroom face-off between the two Jollys. The trailer launched in Kanpur on 10 September 2025, and the film was promoted on popular shows like Bigg Boss 19, The Great Indian Kapil Show, and Aap Ki Adalat. Jolly LLB 3 was theatrically released on 19 September 2025, with simultaneous international release by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures through 20th Century Studios.

The soundtrack features compositions by Aman Pant, Anurag Saikia, and Vikram Montrose, released by Panorama Music on 17 September 2025. The album includes four tracks, with the first single "Bhai Vakeel Hai" released on 20 August 2025 and "Glass Uchhi Rakhey" on 30 August 2025. The film score was composed by Mangesh Dhakde.

Jolly LLB 3 faced several public interest litigations alleging that its trailer and the song "Bhai Vakeel Hai" mocked the judiciary and defamed the legal profession. However, the Allahabad High Court and Bombay High Court dismissed these petitions, stating that the content did not meet the threshold for defamation or contempt, and judges are accustomed to criticism and satire.

The Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC) granted the film a U/A certificate with a 16+ rating, requiring some modifications to dialogues and visuals. A brief dispute with PVR INOX over Virtual Print Fee (VPF) was resolved before release, ensuring smooth ticket sales.
